Create an “anger jar.” Every time you get angry, write down why you’re mad and who you’re mad at. Then drop the note into the jar.

Remember that God forgives you just as He wants you to forgive others. As the jar fills up (hopefully this will take a long time), focus on forgiving others and thank God for always forgiving you.
